Qing Phoenix Tie from The Met Museum

$95

Our striking tie design celebrates a magnificent Chinese theatrical robe in The Met collection, which was originally made in the 19th century during the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). This elaborate silk robe with fine embroidery would have been worn by a performer playing a princess or a palace concubine. Phoenixes were used to signify the empress and other women at court.
