Louis C. Tiffany (American, 1848-1933) derived profound inspiration from the sublime beauty of nature. As such, he repeatedly referenced peacock feathers in his luminous designs. Our drop earrings evoke the peacock feather motif on a lustrous Favrile glass vase (ca. 1900) by the Gilded Age visionary in The Met collection.
