• We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for any artwork to collectors in the continuous 48 states and Puerto Rico. These services include ground transportation. Enhanced shipping services such as expedited, certified, overnight mail, and more can be made available upon request (billed separately).
• Artwork is shipped stretched in its original wooden frame or with its custom frame installed, as requested by the customer.
• Handling and prep of the artwork are always complimentary for all collectors.
• Once payment is received, the typical lead time is 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.
• We take thorough measures to ensure that the artwork is protected and insured during travel.

• Please note that an additional customs fee can be incurred once the artwork has left the studio, and will be the collector’s responsibility.

• Framing is billed separately. Through strategic partners in Austin, TX and San Juan, PR, respectively, we help collectors achieve the desired look and feel for every piece through custom framing and finishing options, and pass on exclusive trade pricing.
• Unless specified, most pieces do not require framing. For thinner-profile pieces, the most popular and fitting framing solution for our artwork is a modern, floating frame (predominantly in black, gold, and silver).
• Due to the heavy texture and gloss of the artwork, we do not recommend glass or matting the artwork but will leave all design choices to the collector’s discretion.
• A variety of materials are available, please contact us for additional information and samples.

• At the artist’s and studio’s discretion, we reserve the right to produce high-resolutions prints of the artwork and other images and fragments of the artwork for gifts and other branded studio merchandise.
• As per the terms of use of the site, collectors and third parties are in no way authorized to reproduce and/or distribute images of the artwork.
